Kelly Hall

Showroom Manager / Designer

As the Showroom Manager / Designer for Richlin International, Kelly has a key role in meeting client demands as well as each client’s individual needs. As a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and English, Kelly’s interests are in contemporary Italian design and architecture. She has studied in Florence, Italy where she took an intensive 5-week Italian Renaissance Architecture course.

Kelly is also passionate about green and sustainable product and design. She earned her LEED Green Associate accreditation and is currently working towards becoming a LEED AP with a specialty in building design and construction.Her responsibilities as the Showroom Manager / Designer cover all areas of the design process from inception to completion. Utilizing creativity, positive client relations, time management, and organizational skills, Kelly succeeds at ensuring projects are communicated seamlessly to ultimately create a functional, yet aesthetically pleasing interior space.


L. Andrew DeRiggi

Assistant Showroom Manager / Designer

As the Assistant Showroom Manager/Designer for Richlin International, L.A. was drawn to Richlin for their contemporary design style and collaboration with Italian manufacturers. He joined the Richlin team after receiving his Master of Interior Architecture (M.I.A.) from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He also holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a focus in management and marketing. His studies in London, Paris and Italy have influenced his passion for architecture and interior design as well as sustainable design. L.A. plans to pursue LEED certification along with continuing to be an active Allied Member of the ASID Florida South Chapter. With a strong foundation, L.A. welcomes the opportunities and challenges that are inherent in transforming the spaces in which clients work and live.

Caryl Martin

Showroom Sales Associate

Caryl comes with a diverse background in Fine Arts, Photography & Visual Merchandising and Retail.  Originally, from New York she has a BFA from Pratt Institute where she studied Fine Art History.  She continued her studies at Paris American Academy for a year which included studies in Textile design. She travelled and lived for 5 years in Switzerland where she worked as a Photo Journalists’ assistant.

Upon returning to New York, she joined Scholastic Publishing’s creative department as an Art Buyer and later transitioned to Simon & Schuster where she was promoted to Project Manager/Stylist/Photo Editor for their Educational Division Photo Studios.

Caryl has also worked as Manager and Visual Merchandiser for a home furnishing store where she had successfully designed a line of Textile home furnishings exclusively for the store.  Eventually, she moved to she moved to Florida where she had met and joined the Richlin team – a company that has captured all of her interests with their diverse a product lines
